THE PROBLEM

A mission-driven organization with a diverse staff sought to strengthen its internal culture and improve collaboration across differences. While the team shared a strong sense of purpose, staff members brought varied cultural backgrounds, perspectives, and working styles that were not always fully understood or effectively navigated.

• Staff members had varying levels of cultural awareness and cross-cultural competence
• Differences in communication styles occasionally created friction or misunderstanding
• The organization wanted a shared language and framework for engaging cultural differences
• Leaders sought practical tools that could be applied in everyday collaboration

 

To support healthy teamwork and long-term effectiveness, the organization needed a focused, practical approach to developing cultural intelligence among its staff.

THE SOLUTION

We partnered with the organization to assess current levels of cultural intelligence and deliver a targeted training experience designed to build awareness and strengthen cross-cultural skills.

Key components included:

• Administration of a Cultural Intelligence assessment for staff
• Analysis of assessment results to identify strengths and development areas
• A facilitated training workshop focused on cultural awareness, communication, and collaboration
• Practical tools and shared language to support ongoing application
