MEET THE TEAM
GRAHAM MCKEAGUE
Graham is the co-founder of Lightbox. He has over 14 years of experience in higher education leadership. He is passionate about the value of learning and growth as a way for people and organizations to flourish. He has experience consulting with various organizations and projects within higher education and the nonprofit sector.
DARRYL MEEKINS
Darryl is the co-founder of Lightbox. He started his career in the non-profit space and has worked in Higher Education over the last 20 years in various roles - from teaching to administration. Over the past several years, Darryl has specialized in online learning approaches as a modality to enhance and deliver training and teaching. Originally from South Africa, Darryl currently calls West Michigan home.

REBECCA KELLEY
Rebecca is the Marketing and Client Relations Officer at Lightbox where she combines her background in education, marketing, leadership, and instructional design to build strong, collaborative client relationships. With experience across higher ed, corporate, and non-profit sectors, she crafts strategic, learner-focused solutions that meet client goals and elevate the learning experience.
JIM HARDY
Jim has 20 years of experience leading educational programs, conducting research, and using data to improve learning outcomes. With leadership positions at universities, startups, and consulting firms, Jim's career has spanned the academic, corporate, and consulting sectors. He works with clients to design, develop, and improve educational programs to meet their specific needs
EMMA BRUURSEMA
Emma is a Graphic Designer who brings over 10 years of experience in eLearning. Specializing in high-end design, branding, and user experience, she helps organizations elevate their brand identity and create visually compelling content that engages learners. With a degree in Art and Advertising, Emma also leads workshops in design and leadership, turning strategy into impactful visuals that make a difference.
MOLLY COUCH
Molly is a Technical Instructional Design expert with a passion for transforming complex technical concepts into systematic and visually engaging learning. Leveraging her background in Industrial & Systems Engineering and extensive experience at Workday and Atlassian, she excels at building scalable, high-stakes certification programs and driving key process efficiencies within learning organizations. She partners with clients to develop clear and engaging learning experiences.
CHRISTIE EDWARDS
Christie is a jack of all trades in video, with nearly a decade of industry expertise in Motion Graphic, 2D/3D Animation, Video Editing, and Graphic Design. She's worked on everything from Motion Graphics and 2D/3D Animation to Video Editing and Graphic Design. Along the way, she's had the chance to contribute to some pretty exciting projects—think Netflix, Cartoon Network, and top universities. She loves crafting visual stories that make learning engaging, whether it’s for online courses or fun explainer videos.

CAM LEWIS
Cam Lewis is an independent filmmaker that has been operating in and around West Michigan for over a decade. With an MFA in Digital Cinema and experience in higher education and both commercial and narrative filmmaking, he is well positioned to bring the principles of cinematic storytelling to any project in a variety of roles. Collaboration and intentionality are key drivers as Cam seeks to deliver quality, engaging content that meets client needs.
RICHARD MEE
Richard Mee is an AI in Education consultant who helps organizations use artificial intelligence to strengthen learning, training, and operational systems. He works with teams to design simple AI tools, improve learning platforms, and create automated workflows that support both staff and learners. Richard focuses on safe, practical solutions that fit real organizational needs and help people work with confidence in a changing digital world.
ALYSSA COLE
Alyssa Cole is a sales and marketing professional who helps small businesses grow through strategy-led social media, brand positioning, and conversion-focused content. As an independent contractor and growth consultant, she combines marketing growth experience with unique content creation (product photography, videography, reels, and travel-style UGC) plus website support, SEO-informed copy, and ongoing digital optimization. With a background in B2B sales, client partnership development, and lead generation systems Alyssa is known for building strong client relationships, improving inquiry follow-up, and turning audience attention into qualified leads and revenue.

MARAIS BESTER
Marais Bester is a registered occupational psychologist and holds a PhD in Occupational Psychology. He is an active researcher and published author in the fields of careers, wellbeing, individual differences, and artificial intelligence at work. With extensive global experience in talent assessment, psychometrics, and people analytics across industries, his work focuses on the design and validation of assessment frameworks, leadership and high potential identification, job analysis, and evidence-based talent decision making. He specializes in building fair, rigorous, and scalable assessment systems that integrate behavioral science, data, and technology to support high quality organizational decisions. He is grateful to have the opportunity to impact people’s careers through the usage of various occupational psychology practices.
